- The applicant must be a Saudi national
- If the applicant is single or independent in his or her residence, proof of this is required (an electronic lease contract, a housing title deed in the name of the beneficiary, a copy or identification of proof of university housing or one of the military institutes or colleges in the name of the beneficiary).
- If the applicant is married , he does not need proof of residence as mentioned above
- Age 18 years and above
Cannot register:
• The wife is independent, unless the husband is imprisoned
• The single son/woman when they live with the family
