Electricity connection request

Terms of Service:

1. Submit a request to receive the service through the company’s website, the Baladi platform, or the Modon platform.
2. Check all required requirements.
3. Obtain a “coordination certificate”, after issuing a building permit, which states that electrical service can be delivered to you, and states the location of your meters, the amount of the building’s loads, the number of your units, the capacity of the breakers, and the size and dimensions of the cables.
4. There is no previous debt on your account.

Your facility type is residential or commercial, and you would like to submit a new receipt request, make sure of the following:

1. Obtain a building permit for your site.
2. Implementing building thermal insulation in locations where this is required.
3. Prepare the installation site for your meter/s, according to the company’s technical requirements mentioned in the coordination certificate.
4. Completion of grounding.

The electrical service will be delivered within a maximum of 20 working days after completing payment of the electricity company fees.
