Disability assessment service request

It is an electronic service that enables persons with disabilities registered with the Ministry to submit a request to update their disability data. It also enables persons with disabilities who are not registered with the Ministry to submit a request to register their disability data in order to include them among the beneficiaries of the Ministry’s services.

Terms of Service:

• Attach the original medical report issued by a hospital accredited by the Ministry (governmental - private).

• Its validity period must not exceed one year from the date of issuance.

If a medical report is not available, the service includes providing you with an official letter from the Ministry of Human Resources requesting the letter from the hospital.
