Apply for the Professional Certification Support Program

This program aims to enable the national workforce to obtain accredited professional certificates in several professional fields required by the labor market

This program would raise the efficiency of workers in the public and private sectors, increase productivity in the labor market, and create more employment and career advancement opportunities for national competencies through the principle of “development and replacement.”

Based on Hadaf’s belief in the principle of participation in developing the labor market, this program has been linked to the strategic objectives of the Ministry of Labor and Social Development and its system of institutions, and to the strategic objectives of the Fund seeking to build a productive and stable national workforce.

Admission requirements:

It is possible to request compensation for the costs of a professional certificate if the following eligibility conditions are met:

• The beneficiary must be a male or female citizen, whether a worker in the public or private sector, or a job seeker.

• The certificate must be among the certificates approved by the Human Resources Development Fund

• The date of obtaining the certificate must be after the date of accreditation of the certificate in the “Support for Professional Certifications” program.

• The applicant must acknowledge that his employer will not pay the costs of the certificate he has obtained.

• The request for reimbursement of costs should not exceed more than two certificates per person.

• The professional certificate must be valid and not expired, so that the date of approval of the certificate does not exceed six months.
