A service that enables the beneficiary, the owner of the real estate deed or his agent, to submit a request to update the data of the manual deed and to issue an electronic deed without referring to writing, with the ability to print the deed when needed.
Terms of Service:
• The instrument must not have been previously registered
• The presence of the original instrument
• The deed must be issued by a notary public and wholly owned by the owner of the deed
