Conditions for the path of widows and divorcees without dependents:

• Marital status must be (widow - divorced) and there are no dependents required.
• The borrower must be between 25 and 55 years old.
• The monthly income should not exceed 8,000 riyals.
• The financing applicant must provide a guarantee against the financing (a personal guarantee for a government employee - a guarantor for an unemployed person or a private sector employee).

Conditions for the path of people with disabilities:

• The disability must be registered with the Ministry of Human Resources. If it is not registered, request to register it here.
• The disability may be physical (motor) or sensory (hearing - visual).
• The borrower must be at least 18 years old and not more than 70 years old.
• The monthly income should not exceed 8,000 riyals.
• The financing applicant must provide a guarantee against the financing (a personal guarantee for a government employee - a guarantor for an unemployed person or a private sector employee).

Warranty terms:

• To be a government employee or a government company in which the state contributes more than 50% of the capital.

• Not to be a guarantor of two other loans without borrowing, or a guarantor of a loan and a beneficiary of one of the Development Bank’s loans.

• There are no arrears on the sponsor.

• His age should not exceed 55 years.

• Sponsorship from Aramco or SABIC employees is not accepted.
