the conditions:

• It must not have been previously decided by a final judicial ruling

• The property subject to the request must not be among the locations where ownership may not be acquired legally or pursuant to orders, decisions, and instructions

• Aerial photographs or organizational plans do not deny the existence of revival in the property in question before the order prohibiting revival issued pursuant to Royal Order No. (21679) dated 11/9/1387 AH.

Requires:

• A survey upload from an accredited engineering office, including coordinates, property type, location, borders, sides, and area.

• Ownership and neighborhood documents, i.e. what proves ownership of the property

note:

• You can submit a request to prove real estate ownership, without submitting an engineering survey, but after submitting the request you must go to engineering offices and submit the survey directly through them.
