What is Tamheer?

It is an on-the-job training program directed to Saudi male and female graduates from local and foreign universities, and graduates of institutes and colleges who hold technical, health and administrative diplomas. It aims to train them in government institutions and distinguished companies in the private sector, so that they can acquire the experience and skills necessary to prepare them and prepare them to participate in the labor market.

Support mechanism:

The Human Resources Development Fund “Hadaf” contributes by paying a financial reward of (3000) riyals per month to the trainee who holds a bachelor’s degree and above, and a financial reward of (2000) riyals per month to the trainee who holds technical, health and administrative diplomas, for a period ranging from (3) to (6) months.

Application requirements:

• The applicant must be a Saudi national.

• The applicant must have a diploma (technical, health, or administrative) or a bachelor’s degree or higher.

• The applicant must not have registered with the Social Insurance Systems or the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development for any job during the six (6) months preceding the application.

• The applicant must not have benefited from the Tamheer program previously.
