Request for marriage aid for orphans

This electronic service enables orphans with special circumstances and the like to disburse financial aid as marriage support (one-time payment only) according to the conditions and controls approved for that.

Conditions of support: The beneficiary must be:

• Saudi nationality.

• Alive at the time of applying for the service.

• Registered with the Ministry of Human Resources, Development and Social Affairs in the orphan care system.

• He has an account on the Ministry’s electronic services portal.

• He has an active bank account and the account data must be registered in the beneficiary’s personal account data on the Ministry’s electronic services portal.

• He/she has been issued a marriage contract by the Saudi Ministry of Justice.

• He/she has never received a marriage allowance before.
