Registration / deletion of an authorized vehicle

This service enables you to add a delegate to drive a vehicle, and the delegate will have the following powers over the vehicle:

The authorized person can drive the vehicle inside or outside the Kingdom, depending on the specific type of authorization.

Traffic violations are recorded directly by the person authorized to drive the vehicle

Terms of Service:

• Only one delegate can be added to each vehicle.

• The process of adding authorization will not be completed if the vehicle’s registration form is expired, has a report, or does not have valid insurance.

• A delegate will not be added to anyone who does not hold a valid private driving license.

• A delegate will not be added to a resident holding a final exit visa.

• A delegate will not be added to a foreign resident, unless he holds an exit and re-entry visa, so that the duration of the authorization does not exceed the duration of the visa.

• An external delegate will not be added if there are traffic violations against the vehicle owner or his delegate.

• An authorized representative cannot be added to the vehicle if there are traffic violations committed by the vehicle owner or his authorized representative

• The delegate and his delegate must be registered and activated for their account on the Absher platform
